Shipping Information
Shipping takes approximately 1-2 weeks. Direct delivery from France to Korea. After being shipped on an aircraft through the process of purchase, inspection, and packaging, domestic delivery is carried out by courier service of the post office after going through customs procedures by the Korea Customs Service.

Delivery will be made via ACI Express from France to Incheon Airport in South Korea. After customs clearance, it will be transferred to Korea Post and domestic delivery will begin. You can track the entire delivery process on ACI Express without changing the invoice number, and after it is transferred to Korea Post, you can also track the delivery on Korea Post.

All shipping costs are prepaid and added together when you pay for the product. The prepaid shipping cost is 7 EUR by default and may be added depending on the weight or reduced depending on the order amount. You can check the shipping cost on the final payment page.

We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. For items in stock, shipments can be made within 1-3 business days, and for items sourced locally, shipments can be made up to 5-7 business days after the order date.
Due to the nature of overseas shipping, delivery may take approximately 1-2 weeks. Depending on the inventory status of each brand and the circumstances of the delivery company, it may take more than 2 weeks.

If you need to change the shipping address, please contact the customer center as soon as possible. It may be difficult to change the shipping address after the product has already been shipped.

Customs duties and other taxes
The price includes all taxes, such as customs tax, state tax, and education tax, and you can conveniently receive delivery with one payment without any additional payment.

When purchasing goods for personal use overseas and clearing them through personal customs, you must report to the Korea Customs Service to verify the real name of the importer (recipient). You can obtain a personal customs code through a simple process on the Korea Customs Service website.
When ordering, you must use the recipient's real name in the recipient information to enable customs clearance. If you enter a personal customs clearance code issued under a different name than the recipient, customs clearance may be delayed and additional fees (at the customer's expense) may be incurred.
Exchange/Return
In the case of exchanges/returns due to simple changes of mind, the customer is responsible for the exchange/return shipping fee and customs clearance fee. In the case of exchanges/returns due to defective products, incorrect delivery, etc., the seller is responsible for the exchange/return fee. If you wish to exchange/return, please contact us within 5 business days from the date of delivery.

If you exchange or return a product due to a simple change of mind, an error in selecting options such as size/color, etc., you will be responsible for the exchange/return cost. The exchange/return cost includes the return customs clearance cost (10% of the product price) and the return freight cost (KRW 35,000). Please contact us within 48 hours of the courier arrival date.

Products for which you have requested an exchange/return will be picked up by the designated courier company at your address. It may take up to 5 business days for the product to be inspected after collection. If collection is not possible, you can send the product directly to the domestic return address provided, and the exchange/refund will be processed after inspection.

If the product you ordered is incorrectly delivered or there is a problem with the product, please contact our customer service center within 48 hours of the delivery date. Please take detailed photos of the front, back, and sides of the product you received and send them to our customer service center along with your order number. We will verify this as quickly as possible and help you exchange or refund the product.

Exchanges/returns may not be possible if the product tag/label is damaged or the product has been opened and used, thereby damaging the product's sales value.

Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for purchase as soon as the return has been processed and approved. It may take about 3-5 business days for the refund to be returned to the payment method. If the refund has not been processed after that, please contact the payment method manager (e.g. credit card company).
