Delivery will be made via ACI Express from France to Incheon Airport in South Korea. After customs clearance, it will be transferred to Korea Post and domestic delivery will begin. When ordering, you must use the recipient's real name in the recipient information to enable customs clearance. If you enter a personal customs clearance code issued under a different name than the recipient, customs clearance may be delayed and additional fees (at the customer's expense) may be incurred.

If you need to change the delivery address, please contact customer service as soon as possible. It may be difficult to change the delivery address after the product has been shipped.

If you exchange or return a product due to a simple change of mind, size, color, or other option selection error, the customer is responsible for the exchange or return costs. The exchange or return costs include the return customs clearance cost (10% of the product price) and the return freight cost (KRW 35,000).
